Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request and, where appropriate, to prepare a statement of work (performance of pre-contract steps and legitimate interests in operating our practice). We process essential cookies to deliver the site. Optional analytics cookies run only with consent.
Retention
Unsuccessful inquiries are retained up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Engagement records follow the retention schedule in the signed contract, typically five years for accounting and professional records under Korean commercial practice. Server logs are kept for a shorter operational period set by our host.
Sharing
We use infrastructure and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Korean law or to protect legal rights.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the Republic of Korea, we take steps appropriate under applicable law, such as contractual safeguards with that processor. You may contact us for information about relevant transfer mechanisms.
Your rights
Subject to Korean privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw cookie consent for non-essential cookies. Contact info@networkarchitects.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea.

The site is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
