Services described

Pages describing engagements — including dependency assessments, workshops, risk mapping, legacy analysis, and advisory retainers — are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign a separate statement of work or letter of engagement.

Acceptable use

You may browse the site and submit inquiries for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content at a scale that impairs service, misrepresent your identity in forms, or use contact details for unsolicited marketing.

Intellectual property

Site text, visual design, and original diagrams remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without written permission. Client deliverables produced under a signed engagement are governed by that engagement’s IP clauses.

No professional reliance on website content

Field notes and public descriptions do not constitute architecture advice for your specific estate. Decisions about enterprise application architecture and dependency risk should follow a contracted engagement or your internal governance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or reliance on publicly posted material. Our aggregate liability related to website use is limited to ₩100,000. Liability under signed engagements is defined in those contracts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
