When a new service or replacement application is about to enter detailed design, a half-day or full-day review can catch dependency assumptions that would otherwise surface in integration testing. We facilitate cross-team workshops that walk proposed interfaces, shared data stores, and operational handoffs against the live landscape.
What happens in the room
We prepare a dependency brief from materials you share in advance, then run a structured critique with architects, product owners, and operations leads. The output is a decision log: accepted risks, required changes, and owners for follow-up — not a generic checklist of architecture principles.
Duration and delivery
Most workshops run one or two days in Hannam-dong or at your office in the Seoul metro area. Remote facilitation is available for distributed teams. Preparation typically needs five business days of document review.
